    Wiki Billing for Orthotics Scanning

    I just want to confirm something At our podiatry practice (provider not facility), we scan patient for orthotics (L3000). Can we bill for the actual scanning? I know with casting, the process is usually billed with 97760, can we can use the same CPT for scanning.

    Wiki L3000 & M72.2 denials by Empire BCBS after 03/29/2017

    We are getting denials from Empire BCBS for L3000 with M72.2. According to rep the L3000 is not covered when billed with Dx M72.2. Does anyone else have the same problem?
