Wiki CPT Esophageal Manometry Dysphagia Diagnosis

Hi There, If the diagnosis of a patient is dysphagia, can a hospital/physician bill only CPT code 91010 for the esophageal manometry procedure or must they also include the 91037? Thank you!

Wiki Attempted Esophageal Manometry

I need some input on what CPT code we would use. Our Dr. attempted to place a manometry probe, but could never enter the esophagus. He performed it in the hospital outpatient setting. We normally see manometry reports that the Dr has read, and bill 91010-26. Not sure what code to use in this...
