    Does anyone know the requirements for 91065 (HBT) to be eligible to be billed with a 52 modifier. What if pt leaves before the end?... Example pt leaves after 30mins, 120 mins , or pt is not able to start due to vomiting of the glucose. Are any of these billable with a 52? Thank you
