    Wiki G0247 vs S0390

    What is the difference between G0247 and S0390? I have an Aetna Medicare Advantage claim that has denied G0247 bundled to 11042. Can the G0247 be changed to S0390? Anyone with any insight would be great.

    Wiki Trimming vs. Debridement

    Our physician says she is debriding dystrophic nails and trimming non dystrophic nails at the same visit. She says she was told to bill 11719 & G0217 together each time for these services. What is the correct coding for this service?
