    Wiki IUD Insertion W/Cervical Dilation

    Is it appropriate to bill 58300 iud insertion with 59200 insertion of cervical dilator? I do not see any CCI edits stating they can't be billed together but the ob-gyn coding companion books description of 58300 procedure states the cervix is dilated during the procedure.
