    Wiki laparoscopic bilateral separation component

    Hello need help!!! with this cpt code I see that some are using 15734 but is this is for an open procedure? What about if the operative report indicates laparoscopic Can we use 49999? Any help appreciated

    Wiki E/M w/ 57 modifier and operative report denial

    We have seen an influx of denials from payer sources (VA, BCBS and work comp) denying the E/M with a 57 modifier because the E/M and operative services weren't billed on same claim. Is anyone else seeing this? Thank you. Deb Knight, CPC, COC Missoula Bone & Joint & Surgery Center

    Wiki ICD10 Proficiency Assessment-I am trying

    I am trying to find out if the questions are multiple choice or are they operative reports? I passed my CPC in Dec 2015 and am trying to study for the ICD10. Purchased the study guide from AAPC and it has 100 operative reports to code. I appreciate any help you can give me.
