    Wiki Secondary OA-169 CARC

    I have a secondary payment. Primary left $21.61 which was billed to secondary insurance. On my secondary remit it shows a payment of $21.61 but then has the OA-253 $1.58 and OA-169 $0.01 but then it shows a net payment of $21.62. I am assuming that the OA-253 amount is supposed to be Medicare...
