Wiki Mental health evaluation in ED prior to Medical inpatient admit

If a patient is going to be admitted to the medical floor but was seen in the ED by psych, can the psych dr use the ED cpt for the initial visit in the ED and then bill the 90792 psych evaluation once seeing the patient on the medical floor?
