Wiki CBCT w/o treatment

We are a hospital outpatient facility for radiation oncology. The patient is on an IMRT plan, but upon getting on the table for the CBCT, MD decides not to treat due to the patient's bowel being full. Can we still charge for the 77014-26 even though the patient wasn't treated?
