Hello, Does anyone know why CPT 44137 (Removal of transplanted intestinal allograft, complete) does not have a RVU or fee? Is there a specific fee your organization would use for this procedure?

Wiki ASA vs CMS Base Units

Is there a standard percentage in breaking down the total RVU's to work RVU's for allergy testing and immunotherapy, trans nasal esophagoscopy, thyroid/neck ultrasound, and fine needle aspiration?
