Wiki Consult and H&P

If a provider performs a Consult on the same day as a H&P, can that provider bill a consult with modifier -57 to capture consult (when surgery is next day) and should H&P and Consult be separately reported, for auditing purposes?

When considering time now in 2021, is it necessary to carve out separately reported services?? For example the GAD7 and PHQ9 are charged separately. We have one staff member questioning if we should now include that in time and bundle it into the e/m. Initially, I do not agree. Separately...
