    If your organization still requires both the MD and APP to have a face-to-face visit with the patient to report a split/shared service, would you mind sharing a copy of your split/shared policy with me (email: jconnell@cmcvtx.org)? My boss has requested some examples from other organizations.

    Hello, The Doctor's that I work for go visit patients in the hospital with the help of an NP.. To bill this shared/split billing, is it enough for the Dr to just sign the note that the NP created or does the Dr also need to add their attestment to get credit? Any insight is appreciated, TIA
