    My Dr. did a revision to an SI joint Fusion. There was one screw that had backed out. He removed that and filled with bone cement and then inserted another screw in a different position.     I'm looking for a diagnosis code for Osteoarthritis SI joint. I cant find any reference to SI joint anywhere. I'm leaning towards M47.818. Also, I am having a hard time getting pre-authorization for a perc SI joint fusion. Wondering if anyone has any tips. All suggestions are appreciated.
