    Wiki Snomed CT

    Hello, I was asked if the Snomed codes are required on the CMS 1500 claim form. From what I researched they are only required on the EHR. I was wondering if anyone know of a webinar or training in regards to the Snomed. Thank you.

    Wiki ICD-10 to Snomed Conversion

    I know there is software out there to help convert Snomed codes into ICD-10 codes. Does anyone know of an automated service or method that does the reverse? To go from ICD-10 to Snomed?
