    Wiki CPT 72081-72084 spine x-ray

    Can someone help me to better understand CPT 72081-72084. If the MD is ordering Cervical, Thoracic, Lumbar x-rays. are they billed separate or do I count the total views and use the CPT 72081-72084 codes instead?

    Wiki Spine Cases Implants ASC

    Can anyone help me with understanding how to get implants paid w/Medicare? Only one code is payable 63047 and all others are on the Inpatient Only List. The implants cost $8,000, so we can't continue those kind of cases... HELP!
