    Wiki Split/Shared E/M Policy

    If your organization still requires both the MD and APP to have a face-to-face visit with the patient to report a split/shared service, would you mind sharing a copy of your split/shared policy with me (email: jconnell@cmcvtx.org)? My boss has requested some examples from other organizations.
