    If a patient visit hospital at 36 weeks gestation with premature rupture of membranes, then developed labor pain ended with delivery are we required to code both PROM and preterm labor with delivery ? Since “preterm” is inherent in the wording at O42.01– and O42.11– do we also have to code O60.–...

    Wiki 97804, 97150 group therapy question

    I have always been told that these specific group therapy codes 97150 and 97804 can be used to report group settings, but not to exceed a maximum number of 6 individuals.
