    Wiki Chronic Immunosuppression

    I am seeing physicians coding chronic immunosuppression D89. 89 for patient's who have had organ transplants. Is this correct or should immunosuppression just be assumed for transplant patient's? I believe D89.89 is being used because it is an HCC code. Any help would be appreciated.
