Wiki Noncompliance, underdosing

Pt comes in for CP and was told by PMP they had anxiety and prescribed anxiety meds. PT didn't even start the meds. Back in the ED for CP. Final CP, COVID under the MDM the doctor said CP could be related to anxiety possibly. No other mention of anxiety. MD didn't no Pt's positive result at...
