    Wiki Kenalog units

    Need some help figuring out the units for .8mL of Kenalog 40 J3301 where 1unit is 10mg According to google .8 mL = 800mg Thus 80 units of J3301 Does that sound right?

    Medicare is denying 64447 for unit of measure . I billed per unit with a 59 modifier . can someone tell me how I should bill this?
