    Wiki How to bill for wound vac

    I have a SNF patient who is has received 22 days of wound vac treatments. She is not covered by a skilled Part A stay (she is custodial care). Can I bill Medicare Part B, type of bill 221 for this? What revenue code would I use? I'm assuming I use CPT code 97607.

    I have a PT that does outpatient wound care and I'm trying to figure out if they are allowed to charge 97597 (& 97598) with 97605 or 97606. Does anyone know what the current regulations on this are? I was thinking if I could use them with modifier 59, it might work.
