Need help on how or if I can bill for the catheters ex:C1725,C1757,C1751 on my claims - physician places in office/clinic setting - I bill for the procedure but can I also bill for the cath itself
Any responses appreciated
 
No, I'm afraid you cannot. If you look at the description of these codes in HCPCS it tells you that these are billable only for facility (technical services), and only for OPPS hospitals, non-OPPS hospitals, CAHs, HIS, and off-shore US hospitals.
