Does anyone out there have any experience coding with 0075T? If so, does anyone agree/disagree that 0075T is appropriate for use with procedure description below.....

7 French sheath was inserted directly into the common carotid artery at the
level of the arteriotomy. This was sutured in place. A Bentson wire and a
Kumpe catheter were used to select out the descending aorta, and the
Bentson wire was placed in the descending aorta. I did easily transverse
through the stenosis. An angiogram did reveal that the patient did have a
significant common carotid artery stenosis at the level of the origin.
First, a 6 X 40 balloon was used to angioplasty the lesion. This was held
in place for one minute. The balloon was taken down, and a 7 X 20 Assurant
balloon expandable stent was placed at the level of the origin of the
common carotid artery on the left. A repeat angiogram did show or confirm
that the stent was in good place. The stent was deployed successfully.
