Wiki 0148t and 0151t

I am new to coding and was wondering if the 0148t and 0151t need 26 mods on them since there is a professional and technical component to both?

Yep, a 26 modifier would be appropriate to add if you are not using your facility or equipment and the Doc is just reading the test from another facility.
