Category III codes
If you are using the 2010 CPT Professional Edition - you will find these just before Appendix A for your modifiers. These are your Category III codes - temporary codes for emerging technologies, services, and procedures.
If you are in the CPT Expert they immediately follow your E/M section
When I first started, I did not know these codes even existed!

According to the AMA, 0213T-0218T are scheduled to appear in the 2011 CPT book; however, they are effective 1-01-10
