Using the AMA CPT 2025 Professional Edition. Code 0308T Insertion of ocular telescope prosthesis including removal of crystalline lens or intraocular lens prosthesis , the code refers to ocular procedures. In the note section below this code, mention is made to spinal procedures: arthrodesis and codes related to the nervous system. Is this correct or an error that requires amendment? I have not found mention of this code in the 2025 errata published on the AMA site.
