New to billing brachytherapy. I understand that Medicare will only allow two sites during one visit. Can the 0394T be billed twice if two sites are done at the same visit?
This what another office told me how to bill for two sites
Example,
1. Rt Ulnar Dorsal Hand, SCC
Simple simulation - 77280
EBT treatment - 0394T
2. Rt Inf Central Malar Cheek, SCC
Simple simulation - 77280-59
EBT treatment - 0394T-59
On other claims if my provider does two destructions or excisions (dif sites, same CPT) I would use 76,59. Would I also do this for 77280
