Wiki 0421T or C2596?

I am looking for anything on coding/billing for Aquablation.............per an insurance company, 0421T (I think this was just a temporary code) is not a billable payable code but as of 1-1-23, C2596 keeps popping up............Anyone familiar at all as to what to bill for the provider doing this procedure?

I don't think these are your jurisdiction, but I did find an LCD and LCA regarding this and 0421T and C2596 are the only codes listed.

LCD - transurethral waterjet ablation of the prostate
LCA - transurethral waterjet ablation of the prostate

If you are billing for the physician/professional fee, its 0421T. The facility bills with device HCPC code C2596 and 0421T.
Aquablation coding
