I am having trouble obtaining reimbursement when my physician's perform the 0523T--I have not had any luck finding reimbursement guidelines--how should I report to Medicare?

You will not find reimbursment for this code. It is considered a Column III code, and is still under review on whether this code will be beneficial to add to the CPT codes under the fee schedule. Even though you do not get reimbursment for it you should still bill it for documentation purposes.
