Hello, we are a third party billing company and we have a new client for amblyopia for children and they are using codes 0704T for the initial treatment and 0705T: remote treatment of amblyopia using an eye tracking device; surveillance center technical support including transmission with analysis, with minimum of 18 training hours.

I would like to know if HCPCS code 0705T can be used by DME providers, or can we use another code for DME?

I would also like to know if there is an RPM and supply code we can use.
