Our facility brings infants in for a 1 week check, 2 week check, 6 check, then 2 month, etc...
We are having a debate on whether or not to charge for the 1 week checks (if you can??????).. we previously have done a no charge for the 1 week checks but some of our providers are questioning it saying they are providing a service and would like to bill for it...
So I guess my question is : can you bill for a infant 1 week check (in office) and if so what would the code be?
Thank you,

Some policies have well child care for 2 weeks, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months etc. Others have a certain number of visits per year and others don not have any coverage. You need to call the insurance company for this patient and verify benefits for well child care.
