I need help coding these three scenarios:

Procedure # 1:
after alcohol prep cyst was incised with 18ga needle cystic debris removed with foreceps
min bleeding stopped with pressure

Procedure # 2:
I & D paronychia
Region: medial
Location: right 4th finger
Technique: heated needle
Anesthesia: 1% lidocaine w/o epinephrine

Procedure # 3:
I & D with 25 guage needle, little serous fluid expressed, no FB identified.
probed with 25 guage needle and tweecers - no foreign object found, apparent scab removed in process, some drainage of serous fluid
