Hello,

Has anyone come across the 11055 (paring) getting denied with the wart diagnosis (example plantar wart B07.0)? We have not been able to get these paid and wondering if it is a diagnosis issue or not. I haven't had much look when looking for policies regarding this code and dermatology.
