Hello, wondering if you can bill 11721-59, 11057. Typically I change 11721 to 11720-59 to unbundle the nails debrided with the lesions removed, is this correct? Please note pt does have diabetes(E11.42)
11721- 1-10 nails debrided (linked with B35.1, M79.671,M79.672, E11.42)
11057- Hyperkeratosis sub-second and third metatarsal heads bilaterally. Hyperkeratosis medial plantar aspect right first MTP joint. (linked with E11.42, L85.1, M79.671, M79.672)
Please Help!
