My provider did 1 biopsy (11102) and 1 surgical shave (11310) for multiple DPN lesions. The provider is thinking she can not bill 11310 and 11102 together. Modifiers would be 99212-25, 11102-51 59, 11310, so the provider can bill both procedures right? Using diagnosis D49.2, L98.8, L82.1
