according to my CPT "procedure description book". It looks like maybe in the 11730 a digital block is included wheras in the 11750 it doesn't say anything about a digital block. Does anybody know with either code can you add the digital block 64450? Thank you

Local infiltration, metacarpal/metatarsal/digital blocks and topical anesthesia are all considered part of the surgical package when done by the performing physician. These are listed under the surgery guidelines in the CPT book.
