Does anyone know if you can apply a skin graft within a patient's home? I have seen a lot of conflicting advice about the ability to do this and there is no literature in the LCD about this.

Yes, skin grafts, when properly used and properly documented can be applied in a patient home.

Yes, we make sure we are compliant in every way due to the service being audited frequently. We just have to follow the LCD guidelines? There isn't any extra documentation needed to explain why we are providing this at the patient's home?
