Wiki 17 week vaginal delivery

I looking for any CPT coding suggestions for a spontaneous vaginal delivery (no induction was performed) for placental abruption at 17 weeks. Fetus was born with a heart beat. I know generally to code a vaginal delivery (59409) 20-22 weeks gestation is required so not sure how to go about coding this.
Any help would be appreciated!

It is not abortion because it was a live birth. The baby may have passed shortly after but there was a heartbeat so that is a live birth. AGOG says to bill as a global OB delivery code with a 52 modifier.
