Provider did cryosurgery on the wart and it bleed, provider had to cauterize with silver nitrate. I think this was cause there was a pyogenic granuloma within the wart which caused the excessive bleeding. Do I bill 17110 along with 17250? or 17110 with modifier 22?

Been getting many weird cases ever since my boss signed up with ZOCDOC:eek:
