Is there a CPT code for the use of 18g needle to collect culture sample?

Bill for the needle itself and the method as well?

Cyst skin,
Inflamed papule and located on right upper back
Medical Decision Making: Cyst skin, , c&s
POC: Recommendation is alcohol wipe to clean the procedure field - 18G needle - yellowish material
expressed - swab obtained, C&S sent to Quest. FU tests.
