Can someone please provide any guidance of when 19081 with 19285 can be billed together? It is my understanding that 19081's code descriptor includes the work of 19285. Am I correct?

Yes there is ncci edit, due to a guideline in the CPT book at the top of the Introduction Procedures on the Breast section. Separate lesion & guidance type report more than one primary code if its same lesion then no cannot report both.
