Not sure about this code.

Attention was turned to the left breast . An elliptical incision was made in the nipple of the left breast . The specimen was dissected out sharply using palpation as a guide. The specimen was not oriented and submitted to pathology. There was noted to be residual firmness in the nipple.

Within the lumpectomy cavity, homeostasis was achieved.with cattery. The wound was irrigated until clear. here was no evidence of bleeding . It was closed with a 4-0 nylon suture, Steri--Strip and sterile dressing were applied .All specimens were sent to pathology for permanent sectioning .

Would this be more leaning toward cpt code 19101 than 19110?
