Can I BILL 19120X 3 -(BREAT MASS-) at one time Doc excised 3 masses, 2 on right and one on left . Does this samne right ?,path report came back as fibroadenoma-all 3 of them
 
no its for one or more lesions, however you can bill it twice but one for left and one for right.:)
