Morning, patient came in for excision of breast lesion and the excision of breast tissue contained the marker.
Is there a time frame as to when the marker is placed? In this case the marker/clip was placed 3 months earlier. (it was placed at the time of the biopsy). Would code 19125 if there is no time frame. Code 19120 if there is a time frame.
