Wiki 19364 include nipple graft?

hi,
Does anyone know if 19364 includes taking nipples from mastectomy specimens and grafting them onto the DIEP flaps? Or do i need another code like 15200 or 19350?

If the nipple is actually being reconstructed and tattooed from a new piece of skin, then you would use 19350.

If the surgeon is just removing the nipple, putting it on ice and then replacing it/grafting it into the DIEP flap, I believe that would be considered a part of the 19364 and not separately reported.
