Can "neck" ever be considered an organ system? If the physician comments on the thyroid, lymphnodes or trachea position?

Thanks,

Yes

If there is documentation on the thyroid or lymphadenopathy, it can be counted in the appropriate system. However, be careful about taking double credit - don't count it both as neck and endocrine or lymphatic.

Thank you Lance, I can see for the lymphatic system. What about Thyroid? Under the exam guidelines I do not see an organ system for Endocrine?
