This is just a general discussion to see different views on the '95 and '97 guidelines. Will you get the same level every time for each of the guidelines? If you work mostly with '95 or '97 tell which one and the most common mistake about either of the guidelines. This just may help someone who fully doesn't understand. Open discussion begins now........
 
The '97 guidelines require more documentation (bullets) in the exam section. My manager requires us to use the '97 guidelines with the idea that if you can get to a certain level with the '97 guidelines, then it will definitely reach AT LEAST that level with the '95 guidelines.
I was taught using the '97 and surprisingly feel more comfortable with them.
