Helllo Everyone, would my physician get a bullet for the following?

Abdomen: Postoperative state. I am unable to palpate the liver or spleen, he is postoperative from his aneurysm repair.

I would say no, but I just want to make sure.

Your opinions are appreciated.

1. Yes, he would get a bullet for examining the abdomen; but,

2. is the patient still in the global period? Then the E&M would be 99024.
