I count one bullet off this.

But I want to see what you come up with.

This is a General Multi-System Examination, I just pulled this one exam component out.

Neuro: Alert & oriented x4, strong and symmetric

I get one bullet for Alert & oriented x4, but I pulled this out and applied it to the Psych exam.

My main question is where does (strong and symmetric) go.

Thank You
Daniel

What is the 4? I have seen this before but never knew what the 4th one was.

Anyway, based on this statement I would not give credit for strong and symmetric. Normally that is going to fall under MS but they didn't say what they are talking about so I wouldn't give credit.
