I need help on the 1997 general multi-system examination. I have Musculoskeletal states no stigmata of inflammatory or degenerative arthritis. I don't know where this goes in the bullets. Please help.

No Porper Documentation

The note says that it dosent have stigmata of inflammatory or degenerative arthritis, this dosent satisfy for 97 guidelines because as 97 is based on Bullet wise and the note dosent mention which part does the physician examined just mentioning the system the condition is no sufficient.
